Products & Pricing
- All items sold by Supply Villa are pre-loved / second-hand / vintage clothing. They are not brand new unless explicitly stated.
- Product descriptions, photos, sizes, and conditions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may exist due to the nature of pre-owned items.
- Prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error occurs, and a full refund will be issued.
- All items are one-of-a-kind once sold, the same item cannot be reordered.
- Product availability is subject to stock. We cannot guarantee items remain available after you view them.
Since our items are vintage and pre-owned, they may show signs of natural wear consistent with their age.
This is normal and part of their character it does not constitute a defect.

Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, payment) is accurate and complete.
- Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received. We do not hold items without payment.
- We accept secure payments via our checkout. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
- An order confirmation email will be sent after successful payment. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for example, in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
- Prices shown are exclusive of any import duties or customs charges which may apply in your country.
Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any
customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. Supply Villa has no control over these charges.

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping to USA & UK.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or courier delays.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- Supply Villa is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a resolution.

Returns & Refunds
✅ Return Accepted When
Item is damaged/defective on arrival, wrong item sent, or item is significantly different from the listing.
❌ Return NOT Accepted When
Change of mind, wrong size ordered by customer, item used/washed, or no unboxing video provided.
- All return claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- A full unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory for every claim no exceptions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Use a tracked courier.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Supply Villa website including but not limited to the logo, product photos,
text, design, and graphics is the property of Supply Villa and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.
- Product images are taken by us or licensed for our use. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
- The “Supply Villa” brand name and logo may not be used without our consent.

User Conduct
By using our website, you agree that you will NOT:

- Submit false or misleading information during checkout
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or systems
- Post fake reviews or make false claims about our products
- File fraudulent return or refund claims
