To protect both parties, a complete unboxing video is required for every return or refund claim. Without it, we cannot process your request no exceptions.
- Video must show the sealed package before opening
- Must be recorded in one continuous shot no cuts or edits
- Must clearly show the product condition as received

If your return is approved, you must ship the item back to us at your own expense. Please use a tracked courier service. Supply Villa is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Share the full, unedited unboxing video on WhatsApp. This is mandatory no video means no claim, no exceptions.
Our team will review your video and assess the issue. We'll confirm whether your return/refund is approved within 1–2 business days.
If approved, send the item back via a tracked courier to our Pakistan address: Majeed Colony, Sector 2, Landhi, Karachi 75120. Return shipping cost is paid by you.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your full refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
