How do I place an order on Supply Villa?

Ordering is simple browse our shop, pick the item you love, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Then go to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment.

Your order is confirmed once full payment is received. You'll get an email confirmation right after. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations and modifications must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92 315 2734016.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Are all your items really one-of-a-kind?

Yes every single item at Supply Villa is a unique, one-of-a-kind vintage piece. Once it's sold, it's gone. We don't restock the same item.

That's the beauty of vintage every piece has its own story and character. If you see something you love, don't wait!

Do you restock items or take custom requests?

Since all our items are vintage and preowned, we cannot restock specific sold items. However, we regularly add new arrivals to the shop.

Can I reserve an item without paying?

No we do not hold items without payment. Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.

Since our items are one-of-a-kind and sell fast, the best way to secure a piece is to complete checkout right away.

Where do you ship from and to?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Karachi, Pakistan (Majeed Colony, Sector 2, Landhi). We ship worldwide including the USA, UK, and Pakistan.

What are the shipping rates and delivery times?

USA orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. All international orders are fully tracked.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Pakistan?

Yes! For orders within Pakistan, we offer same-day delivery if you place your order before 6:00 PM. This applies to Karachi and major cities.

Shipping rate within Pakistan is $8 flat per order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns in the following cases:

An unboxing video protects both you and us. It provides clear proof of the item's condition at the moment of delivery, making it easy to verify any damage or discrepancy claims fairly.

Requirements for the unboxing video:

  • Must show the sealed package before opening
  • Must be one continuous shot no cuts or edits
  • Must clearly show the product condition as received
  • Must be sent via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery

How do I start a return or refund claim?

Follow these steps:

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. We call this our 10-Day Refund Guarantee.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Supply Villa does not cover the cost of returning items.

We're sorry, but we cannot accept exchanges for wrong sizes ordered by the customer. Since our items are one-of-a-kind, the same item in a different size typically doesn't exist.

Are all your items authentic vintage? What condition are they in?

Yes, all items are 100% authentic vintage or pre-loved. Every piece is hand-picked and inspected before listing. We accurately describe the condition of each item in the product listing.

Since items are pre-owned, they may show natural signs of wear consistent with their age β€” minor fading, slight crease marks, or vintage feel. This is completely normal and part of the character of vintage clothing, not considered a defect.

Are vintage sizes the same as modern sizes?

Not always! Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing. A vintage Large might fit like a modern Medium, or vice versa depending on the era and brand.

This is why we always provide actual measurements (in cm/inches) for every garment rather than just relying on the tag size. Always compare measurements to your own clothing.

Yes, all items are cleaned and inspected before being shipped to you. We want every piece to arrive in the best possible condition.
