✅ When Return is Accepted
- Product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- Wrong item was sent to you
- Item significantly differs from the listing
❌ Return Not Accepted If
- You simply changed your mind
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Product used or washed after delivery
- No unboxing video provided
📹 Unboxing Video Required
A full unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims. The video must show the sealed package being opened no cuts or edits. Without a valid unboxing video, no return claim will be accepted, no exceptions.
🚚 Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Supply Villa does not cover the cost of sending items back. Please use a tracked shipping method to ensure safe return.

Message us on WhatsApp or call within 48 hours of receiving your order. Describe the issue clearly.

Share the full unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. This is required for all claims.
Day 1–2Step 3 — Claim Review
Our team reviews your video and assesses the damage. We'll confirm if your return is approved within 1–2 business days.
Day 2–4Step 4 — Ship Item Back
If approved, ship the item back using a tracked courier. Return shipping cost is paid by you.
Day 4–7Step 5 — Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 10 days via your original payment method.
